Join a supportive and friendly writing group to meet weekly for idea generation, feedback, accountability, submission advice and writing tips.

Open to fiction and creative non-fiction writers, a genre fluid reading is set each week so you can find your own voice and style. An optional writing exercise will also be offered so that you do not have to be faced with the blank page.

With a small class size of just eight participants, writers have the opportunity to bring up to 1000 words each work to read out loud in class. Once a term, you can submit a longer piece of up to 5000 words for feedback and critique.

Novice and experienced writers are welcome, as are those with fixed project ideas or if you just want to experiment and explore.

The class culture is designed to allow confidence and craft to develop simultaenously, and a safe space to explore writing on themes that really matter to you.
